Enabling Possibilities

Over 1,000,000 man-hours and $180 million have been dedicated to the completion of the new MDI splitter project, a strategic investment to increase Huntsman's output of high-value, sustainable products. The project has been successfully completed, incident-free, which is a strong demonstration of Huntsman Polyurethanes' Zero Harm work philosophy. The investment in the MDI splitter at Geismar, Louisiana, enables a strategic shift in the polyurethanes' portfolio, which advances our “value over volume” strategy in the Americas.
