On March 26, 2013, Huntsman adopted new Business Conduct Guidelines, which replace the prior Business Conduct Guidelines and apply to all employees. The new Business Conduct Guidelines are written to be clearer and more understandable. In addition, the Business Conduct Guidelines provide guidance and expectations in the following areas:

  • Membership in the UN Global Compact
  • Obtaining Advice and Reporting Concerns
  • Waivers of the Guidelines
  • Responsibilities for Supervisors and Managers
  • Privacy Protection
